So my big plan of starting round 2 didn't quite work out. I have been so busy this week and also this weekend and I think in order to be successful at this you need to have a plan in place and you also need to have all of the right foods, which I don't, so I am thinking I will start Feb 1 which also happens to be on a Monday. Here are my stats for today. For some reason I lost 1.4 lbs since last Monday. I am still trying to figure that one out since I haven't stuck to any eating plan.
Weight: 211.4
Loss/Gain: -1.4
