I just started round 3 on Sunday. I decided to do the 3 loading days since it has been over six weeks since I ended round 2. They say you are more successful when you do this because you are storing up fat and are not as hungry. So loading basically means eating as much as you can especially high fat foods. This would sound like a lot of fun, but it actually gets old and you get sick of food. I am glad I feel this way because it makes eating 500 calories a day sound like a delight. I can tell I am ready to start again, I really haven't gained anything since round 2 (thank goodness) but I can tell my body is changing its shape. Fat is bulging again where it shouldn't and I don't like that feeling. Here are my stats for today:
Weight: 213.0
Loss/Gain: +1.6 lbs

Hey woman! So its too late to do math. I'm not sure if you started your lower calorie today or if you start tomorrow. Anyway I know you are doing good. Its funny that we are both doing well and have such a difference in calories. I love variety. Its amazing that there are such different things out there and we can find what works for us! I'm stoked for you!
